Something is brewing in Uganda’s entertainment and tourism scene, and Talent Africa Group (TAG), Swangz Avenue and Explore Uganda are inviting the public to guess what it could be.

A mysterious new teaser poster carrying the words “Vibe Republic”, alongside the date 11 December 2026, has been released, but very little else has been revealed.

No lineup, venue announcement and programme. Just a date, a name and one clear promise: East Africa’s Vibe Capital.

The collaboration between TAG, Swangz Avenue and Explore Uganda has sparked curiosity around what the three leading names in entertainment, production and tourism could be preparing for the end of the year.

Could it be a new music experience? A cultural celebration? A tourism-led entertainment concept? Or something entirely new?

For now, the details remain deliberately under wraps.
