Renowned sports pundit Peace Diane Bagala sent social media into a frenzy when she revealed that she is expecting her first child.

Bagala caught her followers off guard when she showed off her growing baby bump in a cryptic post on X, cleverly using football language to announce the major development in her life.

The sports pundit started by jokingly announcing that she is “injured and out for a year,” before turning her pregnancy announcement into a full-blown football match.

According to Bagala, fellow sports journalist David Lumansi was the centre referee when she suffered the “serious injury” but allegedly allowed play to continue despite the intervention of VAR.

She then hilariously suggested that the referee enjoyed the foul play, leaving her in the situation she is currently in.
