Despite the supposed beef between Sheebah and Ava Peace’s fans online, the current Team No Sleep artist maintains that she holds the former in high regard and would welcome the chance to collaborate.

In an interview with Frank Ntambi, Ava Peace says that whenever she has met Sheebah, she has been respectful and has never treated her badly.

Ava remembers that time the former TNS songstress even offered her a drink from her own shiny bottle before her performance at Comedy Store years ago.

She believes that the supposed friction between them is caused by the fans who are unhappy with the fact that she works with Sheebah’s former management.

I love her, and I’ve always said that I respect her. If I did not respect her, that would be disrespectful to my management too, because they have worked together before, achieved big things, and remained on top for many years. I would like that narrative that I disrespect her to be completely forgotten.

I have never done it. It only exists amongst the fans, and they should stop it. Even the artist knows that I have no issues with her. I also believe that she has no issue with me because for all the time I have met her, she has never treated me badly.

I have even drunk from her bottle when I was going to perform at the Comedy Store. She was really big at the time, and I only had my song ‘Shabada’. She called me in her car and gave me good advice. She offered me a drink as well, and I drank from her shining bottle.

I also met her at her home another time when I was still working with Mudra. They were working on a project, and she didn’t treat me badly. I respect that. I think people don’t like the fact that I work with the management she was once under.

They should just support us both and not to sabotage my collaboration with her because I know it will also happen.
