Gospel singer Sam Lucas Lubyogo, popularly known as Levixone, celebrated 17 years in the music industry in an extraordinary fashion, delivering a night full of surprises, powerful performances and emotional moments that left fans with lasting memories.

The star-studded evening attracted thousands of people from different walks of life, including politicians, church leaders, business executives and gospel music lovers, who turned up in large numbers to celebrate the singer’s milestone.

By 7 PM, the ground floor was already filled to capacity, with Levixone having earlier announced that all VIP tables had been sold out.

The remaining individual seats were also quickly occupied, forcing some of the revellers to be directed upstairs even before the official performances got underway.

The House of Love Choir kick-started the night’s entertainment, setting the mood with powerful praise and worship sessions as the audience settled in for the much-anticipated celebration.

Close to 10 PM, the man of the night finally took to the stage, dressed in an all-white outfit, and immediately got the crowd on its feet with his performance of Turn The Replay.

He followed it up with popular hits such as Jungle and Guno Omwaka, with the latter sending revellers out of their seats and onto the dance floor.

However, beyond the energetic performances, one of the night’s most touching moments came when Levixone became emotional while on stage.

His wife, Desire Luzinda, quickly stepped in to comfort him, helping him regain his composure before he continued with his performance.

The celebration also had an international flavour, with Congolese gospel singer Grace Lokwa, Fitson Mbuyi, Malawi’s Wendy Harawa and Zambia’s Abel Chungu joining the lineup as special guest performers.

Local stars Ray G, Mikie Wine and Grace Morgan also shared the stage with Levixone, delivering performances of their collaborative songs.

From sold-out VIP tables and international guest appearances to emotional displays and electrifying performances, Levixone’s 17-year celebration turned into a night to remember, marking a significant milestone in his musical journey
