Jamaican music star Konshens, real name Garfield Delano Spence, says that his collaboration with Ugandan artist Pallaso should have been a hit song.
In December 2023, Pallaso and Konshens linked up and vibed well together. Their friendship matured into music plans, with the Ugandan star eventually securing a collaboration with Konshens.
The following year, in January 2024, the song titled ‘Want Money’ was released.
Konshens expresses gratitude for East Africa’s love and natural energy
Produced by Artin Pro at Axtra Nation Studios, Want Money rocked the airwaves upon its release, but not as much as both artists would have expected.
Via X this morning, Konshens expressed that he believed it would have been a bigger hit song than it eventually turned out to be.
“U guys slept on this song btw; this shoulda been a hit,” he wrote via X as he expressed his deep mutual love for East Africa.
Lets talk about it, as usual i see a few haters talking and questioning the motives behind my MUTUAL love with East Africa.
