Renowned girl duo Kataleya & Kandle have opened up about their dream of working with musician-turned-politician Bobi Wine.
During their recent interview with BBS TV, Kataleya & Kandle were tasked with mentioning the artists they would wish to work with on a song, and their first choice was the Firebase Crew leader.
The duo, however, noted that Bobi Wine having left the country and relocated to the US, it made it more unlikely that their dream would one day come true.
“The people we want to work with all left music. We would really love to work with Bobi Wine but unfortunately he is no longer doing music,” Kataleya said.
Kataleya & Kandle have worked over time with a list of top artists including Fik Fameica, Vinka, Tracy Melon, Dokta Brain and many more.
Speaking on their experiences working with these artists, the duo explained that they have not faced any challenges with the artists they have worked with because they consider the friendship aspect first before hitting the studio for a collaboration.

“We have so far not collaborated with people we do not relate with. We work with our friends; this makes it easier. All of them became our friends before the collabos in that by the time we met for the songs, it was easy. Those collaborations come from friendships and not randomly. They all made it easy because they were our friends,” Kandle said.
