Karole Kasita has revealed that the energy and connection between artists are among the key factors she considers before agreeing to a music collaboration.

Speaking during an interview on KFM, Karole said she is open to working with any artist, but explained that her decision largely depends on the chemistry they share and the kind of audience she hopes to reach at a particular time.

“It depends on what market I’m looking for at that particular time,” she said.

Explaining what she means by energy, Karole said her feelings and interactions with another artist can influence her decision to work with them.

According to the singer, the connection between two artists can sometimes give them an early indication of whether a collaboration will turn out well, even before they begin working on the actual project.

“You can know the project is going to be nice even just from talking to each other,” she explained.

Karole’s comments come as she enjoys attention for Bukutu, her collaboration with Sheebah Karungi, which is among the songs currently attracting attention from music fans.
