Kapa Cat has clarified her relationship with fellow musician Spice Diana, revealing that although they are not friends, she admires her journey and considers her an inspiration.
Speaking to Galaxy TV, Kapa Cat described Spice Diana as one of the most helpful artists in the industry, recalling that she was among the few musicians who treated her kindly when she was starting out.
According to Kapa Cat, Spice Diana’s success motivates her to work towards achieving a similar level of recognition in the music industry.
Her journey inspires me and I want to get where she is one day, to reach her status. What her and Sheebah have achieved impress me a lot and I really love her but I don’t like it whenever she does dancehall.

Despite her admiration for Spice Diana, Kapa Cat noted that she does not necessarily agree with all her musical choices, particularly when she ventures into dancehall.
The singer also maintained that she has no personal issues with anyone in the music industry, including Spice Diana, adding that she is comfortable expressing her honest opinions about certain matters regardless of her relationship with the people involved.
