King Saha has claimed that he is musically better than Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz, insisting that he would defeat him if the two artists ever faced off in a music battle.

Speaking about Diamond’s popularity in Uganda, King Saha argued that the Tanzanian star has only benefited from the attention of Ugandan women, adding that music is where he believes Diamond cannot compete with him.

He can enjoy the women, but with music? No, he can’t do anything.

When asked whether he would attract the same audience and attention Diamond Platnumz received during his visit to Uganda if he travelled to Tanzania, King Saha questioned the need to make such a trip in the first place.

“The time I’d spend on my way to Tanzania, I would rather give it to my people back home,” he said.

The singer also weighed in on Ugandans who enthusiastically support foreign artists such as Diamond Platnumz, suggesting that they have a preference for expensive things even when similar alternatives are available locally.

He described the behaviour as a form of “phobia,” arguing that some people are willing to spend more on foreign entertainment despite having access to local artists.

“I can’t go to a place where soda is sold Shs.10,000 yet I know where to get it at Shs.1,000,” he said, adding that such behaviour is simply village behaviour.
