Singer Dax Vibez, real name Ivan Bugembe Ssentamu, has opened up about his plans to quit active music in the next four years, saying he would settle for music management.

Dax Vibez made the revelation during his visit to Galaxy FM‘s show, where he was asked to speak about his future in the industry.

“I didn’t want to talk about it in the media because I do not know what the future holds but I believe in four years, I would have achieved what I want. I’m planning on retiring from active music in four years. Whatever I want to sing, I can easily do all that in those four years,’ he said.

Dax noted that it was solely his decision to quit active music, denying assumptions that he might have been influenced by his woman.

For the time he has been doing music, the singer believes that he has achieved enough as an artist and would be better as a music manager.

Explaining his decision, Dax revealed that a lot of fresh talent was coming up in the industry with completely different art and direction.

“My woman allows me to live my true self. Personally, I think I would have had enough because I feel like I’m a better manager than a singer then. This is because new talent is coming up; different art. I feel like I will be serving the music industry in a better position,” he said.
