Singer and media personality Crysto Panda has addressed claims that his new video ‘Wansigalamu’ was low-budget.

Crysto Panda, Pawaboy AB and Lutty Neika recently teamed up on ‘Wansigalamu’, which is confidently gaining traction on music charts.

Whereas the audio has been well embraced by fans, there has been some criticism towards the visuals shot by renowned videographer, Aronnaire. Some music critics claimed it was a low-budget video not befitting the song.

Crysto Panda, during his interview with Galaxy TV, dismissed the claims, asserting that the visuals were captured using a mobile phone. He explained that their aim was to paint a picture of a young man living a simple life and crying over his ex-girlfriend even when he was struggling to make ends meet.

“Most of the guys who cry for their exes are still struggling and figuring life out but not those high class men. We wanted to bring out the image of those who were not doing well financially but love their women,” he explained.

Panda further noted that they had the capacity to shoot an expensive video because they had the resources, but they were simply following the concept to bring out the message of the song.

“We had the capacity to shoot an expensive video. We were not on a budget because even all our previous videos are not cheap. It was just a concept that has also been done by big artists like Diamond Platnumz,” he said.
