Nigerian music icon Tiwa Savage, real name Tiwatope Omolara Savage, and Uganda’s Joshua Baraka are working on a song together.

Tiwa Savage has confirmed the rumors that have been going around are true.

Via X, the Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress thanked the Nana singer for adding her to the project in the works.

Joshua Baraka had earlier teased the new project through a tweet in which he revealed the title of the song as ‘Commando’.

Baraka, who has already worked with several West African artists in previous projects, revealed that Tiwa Savage added her verse and the song will be dropping very soon.

The news has been welcomed with huge anticipation from both artists’ fans.
