Ugandan comedian Kapere, whose real name is Yokana Mbuuse, has passed away at a hospital in Buddo, according to entertainment journalist Kasuku.

The sad news was further confirmed by his manager, Kayanja, who revealed that the comedian was not sick or ill before his untimely passing.

According to the preliminary information, Kapere and his wife had reportedly gone to visit their children along Entebbe Road before the unfortunate incident occurred.

The circumstances surrounding his passing remain unclear, with details still scanty at the time of publication.
