RnB singer Aziz Azion, real name Aziz Mukisa, has called on Mesach Semakula to lead and serve as president of Ugandan artists.

Aziz Azion was among the artists who graced Mesach Semakula’s press conference ahead of his concert celebrating 50 years in the music industry. 

During his speech, Aziz candidly revealed that the legendary singer deserved the top office in the entertainment industry because of how exemplary he lived his life and how much he united artists.

“They keep referring to other people as artists presidents but I want Semakula as my president because he has all the qualities a president should have. He deserves to lead artists because he brings everyone together,” he said.

Ykee Benda, who was also in attendance, took the podium and seconded Aziz’s statement, describing Mesach as an all-around leader who didn’t need a title to lead.

He further emphasized that his leadership skills are a God-given gift that has made him a darling to many.

“As Aziz mentioned, he is the type of leader who doesn’t need a title. His leadership comes from God. I thank him for loving his fellow artists and Ugandans. Everything you see here and the love you will see on 13th, is what you are. We love you,” he said.
