Singer A Pass, real name Alexander Bagonza, has reacted to the heavy rains that happened over the weekend, destroying his property.
Uganda experienced very heavy rains over the weekend, and among the people who were affected by the flood was A Pass.
During a TikTok live livestream, A Pass revealed that he woke up to all the rooms of his home located in Najjera flooded.
The singer also noted that his Mercedes-Benz that had been parked outside in the compound had all been filled with water to the level of the car seats.
A Pass further noted that the rains also affected his neighbours, and more than five fences were reportedly brought down by the floods.
He attributed the catastrophe to the poor drainage system on the road that leads to his home, and despite the complaints months back, the issue hadn’t been dealt with.
“I speak out of anger. Basically, the water was too strong and it broke down the wall fences. It is all a drainage problem which was talked about months ago on our road.

A Pass reported that the floods also destroyed his house property, together with the equipment in his home studio. He stressed that he had spent a lot of money on the cleaning services that took him more than a day.
“My entire studio was filled with water. Imagine I have lost things. I could easily break down and cry right now. They have cleaned this place today, and they are coming back tomorrow for the same thing. The cleaning alone is more than 700K because certain things have not yet even been billed for,” he said.
